CRE pros have an understanding of the world of finance so they can help steer their clients to the appropriate experts when the need arises.

Join us on Tuesday, March 10 as three CRE finance experts share their experience dealing with challenging properties. They will also share their insight and their company’s research into new trends, practices and market developments.

Come early for the Marketing Session (11:00) and the Mentoring Session (10:00) which will feature Blake Batula from the new listing and leasing platform, CREXi.

The luncheon program panel:

Stephanie Chung is a Business Development Officer for Business Finance Capital. She is a certified SBA underwriter and has been in the Commercial Real Estate industry for almost 12 years. Prior to joining BFC, Stephanie was the top environmental sales producer for a multi-national Environmental Consulting Firm.

Isiah Alcantar has worked in the Commercial Real Estate Finance sector for 19 years.  Currently, he is the Area Manager for JP Morgan Chase, covering the Fremont/880 Corridor.  He and his team of 10 bankers specialize in Owner User CRE loans such as SBA, Conventional and Medical Practice Programs.

Cathy Raty is senior vice president and regional manager of Heritage Bank of Commerce in Pleasanton, a community business bank with assets of $4.1 billion. Prior to joining Heritage, Raty held management positions with Mt. Diablo National Bank, Bank of Pleasanton, Community First National Bank and Bank of America.

Blake Batula is the Account Executive for the Northern California, Nevada and Hawaii markets for CREXi.com.  CREXi allows Brokers to consolidate the entire commercial real estate process into a single ecosystem.  The CREXi platform combines an active sales and leasing marketplace with analytics and deal management tools designed to help Brokers, Buyers and Tenants shorten the deal cycle, find properties and close deals.  CREXi’s goal is to use machine learning and A.I. to efficiently match-make supply and demand.
