Sacramento District

The Sacramento District of the NCalCCIM Chapter has been formed to provide networking, referral, education, and transactional support and synergy to members with a local focus augmenting those provided by the Chapter. We will strive to provide local market relevance and expertise to CCIMs and candidates within “striking distance” of the Sacramento MSA with professional insight and expertise not available through other sources.

The Sacramento District sponsors Quarterly quasi-events in 2015. Upcoming events include:

August 27th – CCIM Sacramento District is teaming up with IREM Sacramento to present a thorough and informative education session on underwriting and reconciling operating expenses to increase income and value. This session provides tools and practices to identify and analyze true expense vs. projected or pro forma forecasts. This class can help you close deals!

October (tbd) – We’re taking our show on the road to Sacramento’s newest craft brewery, SacTown Union where we’ll sample some of their brews, network and deal share, and have a Q and A session with the Brewer, the owner of Gold River Distillery, and their brokers about the nuances of buying and selling, owning and leasing alcohol related businesses.

November 11th – We end the 2015 program back at the wonderful facilities on the 18th floor of 555 capitol Mall courtesy of our long-time sponsor, Downey Brand. You’ll want to make your reservations early for a presentation and discussion with Larry Kelley on the latest developments at the Rail Yard project and much more.

Anyone wanting to help with making this an in-demand program, please call Dan Mincher, CCIM at 916-833-3763
