What happens when you combine incredible human innovation with political incompetence? You get an economic outlook that combines the good, the bad and the ugly.
Join us next Tuesday, April 13 as Norm Miller shares his unique perspective on where the economy is headed post Donald Trump and COVID 19.
Dr. Miller is the chair of the Real Estate Finance Department at the University of San Diego. He is also co-author of the graduate real estate textbook: Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment.
“This is a program that you don’t want to miss,” commented Chapter Programs Chair Matt Hagar, CCIM. “Dr. Miller is an exceptionally high-level speaker—one of the best I have ever seen. He regularly goes on nationwide speaking tours, and we are very lucky to have him.”
Miller has published a vast number of academic research papers, books, and articles for trade publications on housing, brokerage, mortgage risk, valuation, forecasting sustainable real estate, workplace trends, and many other topics.
Miller is active on the Editorial Board of several national/international journals and is a past president of the American Real Estate Society (ARES). Known for his pioneering work on the economics of green and sustainable real estate, Miller was the founding editor of the Journal of Sustainable Real Estate and is currently editor emeritus.
