Lenders discuss impact of interest rate changes
Plan to join us on Tuesday, March 13 in Oakland for a timely update on commercial real estate finance. Topics include:
- Where are interest rates heading and how will it impact the commercial real estate market?
- Are the new tax laws changing investment strategies?
- Are you seeing any changes in the types of loans you write?
- Can you share some case studies of particularly challenging loans that have universal lessons.
- What can brokers do to make the financing process go smoother?
- Do you recommend refinancing to a longer term loan?
- Do you see cash buyers financing after the sale or they are keeping their cash in the deal?
